Laetitia Francelle, Ph.D.

​Laetitia is a molecular neuroscientist who has previously studied neuronal cell death in Huntington’s disease and in alpha synucleinopathy in Parkinson’s Disease, with many publications in excellent journals.  Interestingly, she has studied doublecortin like kinase 3 (a LemBixLab favorite) for its neuroprotective effects.  Laetitia is also interested in epigenetics.  She is now extending Saloni and Matt’s exciting work, using combinations of transcription factors in axon regeneration.
